Tyler and Elizabeth Jorgensen met at Pacific Life Bible College (in British Colombia) and were married in 2003. Shortly after their marriage, they moved to South Africa to serve together on the mission field. Both Tyler and Elizabeth felt the call to life-long missions when they were children and they have pursued their calling since that time. Prior to their marriage they served separately in the Philippines, Botswana, South Africa, Honduras and Croatia.

Both Tyler and Elizabeth are licensed and ordained ministers with The Foursquare Church and are currently serving in the country of Botswana. The Jorgensens ministry aim is to raise nationals to do the work of the ministry. They are pioneering a national church planting movement and running SALT Bible College, which trains pastors and leaders throughout the Southern African region. In addition to these things, they teach purity and abstinence classes in local schools, training children how to live holy and pure lives so they can make a positive change in future generations.

The Jorgensens have a son named Joshua. He was born in Botswana and was given the Setswana name Mpho, meaning gift. He is a miraculous gift from God.
